Dumont
The Catrike Dumont, is named after Brazilian aviation pioneer Alberto Santos-Dumont. Catrike Front Suspension creates a more dynamic ride with anti-dive and anti-roll behavior without needing a torsional bar between the front ends of the trike. 26” rear wheel, Rock Shox rear suspension, along with the folding feature complete this do just about anything trike.
As you may know, the seat height / crank height relationship of every model of Catrike is different. For a frame of reference, the Dumont is the closest to the Expedition in this way. So if you have always liked the Expedition, but wished for an adjustable angle seat, full suspension, and folding, this is your trike.
Catrike’s 16 years of engineering and experience have come together to create the Dumont. The rear suspension features a highly progressive travel path combined with a custom spring rate and sophisticated damping for a perfect balance of performance and comfort.
