From Montezuma, Kansas, the Phoenix rises up to re-establish the long wheelbase recumbent bike as the ultimate touring solution. Some very careful work around the seat/crank relationship, frame head angle, and a custom raked fork have brought very satisfying results including low speed maneuvering and uphill tracking.
